Q1. Do you deliver and install your products.

Yes, Surestyle deliver and install nationwide and also have a list of reputable contractors in most towns/cities that we can recommend.If you know a builder/handyman Surestyle can advise/instruct how to install all the products displayed on this website.

Q2. Do you custom make.

Yes, that’s our point of difference.We are able to custom make joinery items, metal components, acrylic work, spray finishes including powdercoat and two pac lacquer paint finishes, glass showcase etc etc. Many of our clients have used off the shelf systems with custom items to enhance their brand, this has resulted in fantastic looking stores within their budgets.

Q3. Do you have a design service?

Yes, our sales team are able to assist with design, layout and material specifications and also provide CAD rendered drawings of joinery components to assist you with the overall planning for your new store or refurbishment. Surestyle are also able work closely with your designer or advise a reputable architects/interior designer to assist you further should it be required.

Q4. Are all the products available in stock?

Yes, we understand the pressure and frustration of retail fixtures not been available when you want them. All the standard items are generally ex-stock , obviously this can change if an unexpected large order runs our stock low, however we have regular shipments arriving to replish stock levels and back up suppliers in different countries to help if required. Custom made products have different lead times depending on the complexity of the product required , usually able to be achieved in approximately 10-15 working days.

Q5. How long has Surestyle been in business?

Surestyle has been in business since 1975 under the same family ownership, our team have worked in many different trades and related fields related to the retail and commercial interior sector.
